Projects, unlimited clients and invoices, deposits, instalments, automatic reminders, selling extra photos and Find photos of me start on Basic; budgets and expenses on Pro.
Yes. An upgrade applies straight away and you pay the prorated difference. A move to a smaller paid plan also applies straight away, with the unused time credited to your next invoice. A move to Free takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. PayPal subscriptions cannot be changed in place: cancel, then subscribe to the new plan.
Major credit and debit cards through Stripe, charged in GBP; prices shown in other currencies are an estimate. In much of Africa, plans can also be prepaid in the local currency by mobile money: where that is open, this page shows the local price. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never touch Aurant’s servers.
Yes. Paying yearly saves 15% on every paid plan.
Nothing is ever deleted. Your galleries, files and portfolios stay online, read-only, whatever your plan. A move to Free takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. If you are then above your plan’s limits, you just can’t add more (new uploads, portfolios, teammates or custom domains) until you are back within them or upgrade again.
Not by buying it yet: storage add-ons are not on sale. You can earn it: each photographer or videographer you invite who signs up and verifies their email gives you both 10 GB of extra storage, up to 100 GB for you, on any plan.
