Moving from Pass?
Pass+ closes on 31 October 2026 and its galleries go dark. Here is what Aurant promises in writing, what we move for you, and how to get your galleries out of Pass today.

What Aurant promises, in writing
- Delivered galleries are never deleted.
- Downgrade, or let a plan lapse, and they stay online, read-only. Nothing is removed; only new additions above the plan’s limits are refused.
- Export everything, any time: the originals, and your galleries and clients as a file.
- If Aurant ever closes, you get a written plan and the time to take everything with you.
The offer
- We move your galleries in for free, and we quote it in galleries, not gigabytes.
- Your first twenty galleries are live within seven days.
- Favourites, videos and download PINs come across with them.
- Your gallery URL slugs are kept on your own domain, so links you already sent keep working.
- Months you have already paid elsewhere are credited, up to three months.
Get your galleries out of Pass now
Do this by 31 October 2026, and before you cancel anything.

In Pass, push each gallery to Dropbox or Google Drive. Pass does this itself; keep one folder per gallery.

In Aurant, open Import galleries and paste the shared link to the Dropbox or Google Drive folder. Our servers copy it in. You can also upload the folder from your computer.

Each folder becomes a gallery and its sub-folders become sets, at full resolution. Imported galleries stay hidden until you have checked them.
The deletion clocks elsewhere
If you landed somewhere else after Pass, import before you cancel. These clocks are short.
- Pic-Time
- Free plan: storage falls to 3 GB three months after the account was created, and anything over it is deleted a week later. A paid downgrade leaves 45 days.
- Pixieset
- On cancellation, account contents “may be removed immediately”, in Pixieset’s own terms.
- CloudSpot
- When a lapsed account falls to Free, everything over 5 GB is deleted at renewal.
