Choose Pic-Time if…
- You sell prints, albums and wall art, and want lab fulfilment in many countries (30+ labs).
- You want unlimited photo storage (their Advanced plan).
- You already run your business in HoneyBook, Studio Ninja or VSCO Workspace and want galleries that plug into it.
Choose Aurant if…
- You want invoices, contracts and booking built in, rather than in a second tool you connect.
- You or your clients work in French: the app and the pages your clients open are fully in English and French.
- Your files must arrive exactly as you exported them: Aurant keeps them at full resolution and never recompresses them.
- You would rather not pay per gallery or per client.
- Your clients should just open a link — no account, no app.

Switching from Pic-Time
There is no automatic import from Pic-Time, so the move starts with your original files — the ones on your drive, or downloaded from your galleries. Upload them to Aurant at full resolution and build each gallery from the same files. If you have a lot to move, we will help you plan it.

Questions.
- Is Aurant cheaper than Pic-Time?
- It depends on what you need. Aurant’s paid plans start at £9 a month with 200 GB; Pic-Time’s start at $7 a month billed yearly (as of September 2026). If you would otherwise pay for a separate CRM for invoicing, contracts and booking, count that too — and check Pic-Time’s current prices on their site.
- Can I sell prints and albums with Aurant?
- Not today. Aurant has no print store or lab integration; on Pro and Ultimate you can sell digital downloads from a gallery. If prints and albums are a big part of your income, Pic-Time’s store is the stronger choice.
- Can I bring my Pic-Time galleries over?
- There is no automatic import. You upload your original files and build galleries from them, at full resolution. If you have a lot to move, tell us where your galleries are and we will help you plan it.
- Do my clients need an account?
- No. They open one link — no account, no app — and see your work under your studio’s name.
- Is Aurant available in French?
- Yes, fully. The app, and the galleries and pages your clients open, are in English and French.
